Adam Scarth
I work with Mind Science and My Health as a provisional psychologist while completing my Masters of Clinical Psychology. I am passionate about understanding the complex factors that shape people’s emotional wellbeing and enjoy working collaboratively with clients to help them make meaningful and lasting changes.
I aim to help clients feel safe to explore their experiences at their own pace within a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental therapeutic space. My evidence-based approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), with interventions tailored to each person’s unique goals and circumstances.

- Life transitions and adjustment difficulties.
I also provide cognitive and psychological assessments to better understand:
- Intellectual functioning
