Group Programs
At Mind, Science & My Health (MSMH), we offer a variety of group programs designed to support personal growth, social skills, and wellbeing. Our groups provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment where participants can learn new skills, connect with others, and build confidence.
Each group is led by experienced clinicians who create an inclusive, culturally safe, and trauma-informed space tailored to the needs of participants. Our programs cater to a wide range of ages and life stages and are designed to complement individual therapy and assessment services.
